    Hi Tom,

    Short answer:  yes, unless you're subscribed to an Enterprise plan.

    Long answer:  The trialer chat support is designed to help brand new accounts get up to speed with learning the ins & outs of their Zendesk and not as a permanently available support channel.  Once an account goes live with a subscription, the trial support chat is removed.  You can still receive support by emailing support@zendesk.com or giving us a ring, though!

    Oh. Disappointed. Submitted a support ticket 5 hours ago and haven't heard back yet. How long does it take? I was impressed with the support during the trial, not so much now that I'm a paying customer.
