the Zendesk Support API allows to create, edit tickets as long as add and view comment on the ticket.
Is it possible to make Zendesk call a specific url, http://localhost:3000/webhook for example, when new comment is appeared.
According to https://develop.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001075568-Channel-framework-startup-tutorial-Overview it look possible, but very unclear.
Can you please provide easy to read instructions?
