    Hey Anuar,

    I reached out internally and confirmed you would need to sign in with the admin credentials of your Chat account when you click on the link you provided in this post. It doesn't necessarily have to the be credentials of the user who created the chat account as long as they are an admin.

    Thank you for a quick response

    I was unable to login under my account with administrator status  - anuar.sharafudinov@gmail.com

    The person who created the Zendesk account also could not login. The Zendesk account is still on trial, might that be the reason?

    Can you please have a look?
