I am trying to get an access_token in order to be able to use Conversations API
As explained here - https://developer.zendesk.com/rest_api/docs/chat/auth,
The first step is to send the user to authorization page.
Here I get confused, What the word "user" means here?
and it leads me to https://account.zopim.com/login?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.zopim.com%2Foauth2%2Fauthorizations%2Fnew%3Fresponse_type%3Dcode%26client_id%3DfAmTjk8WAMMXgUb36Zs5uki63eotjX2qheOrN02CPjrh87Tatr%26scope%3Dread+write+chat%26redirect_uri%3Dhttps%253A%252F%252Failabs.kz%253A3000%252Fzendesk
and asks for email and password.
What email and password is required here? Mean, is it an email of the person who registered Zendesk account or what
I have an administrator status under Enterprise client https://halykbank1548844306.zendesk.com
