Web widget always show [unsupported message type] for structured message

    Thanks for reaching us!

    May I know what kind of web widget you are testing on? Is it the zendesk web widget or customised widget (not provided by Zendesk) implemented via chat web sdk?

    If you are testing on the customised widget, that should be the expected behaviour since web sdk successfully passes the data and it requires some UI work for the customised widget to render structured message correctly.

    Hi Jay,

    We're using your default widget not customize anything. We finally find the reason why it display unsupported message. Should turn on 'Integrated Chat (Limited Availability)' option in Zendesk support widget configuration. Then the widget can display structured message. Though we don't actually understand the name of the option 'Integrated Chat', we just randomly try the option. Thank you.
