The time stamp of the chat message that can be obtained by zChat.getChatLog () above differs depending on the Zendesk Chat account used.
- Chat account created within Zendesk Support → It is the correct time of UTC
- In the case of the old Zopim account (dashboard.zopim.com) → It is the future time about 30 seconds from UTC
I developed my own chat widget using the Web SDK, but due to the behavior mentioned above, my widget do not work correctly.
