Recently, I have created a new Zendesk chat account. Its subdomain is dev-trueai-chat.zendesk.com. We are trying to build a Zendesk chat App. When we tried to implement Zendesk chat OAuth flow as per this guideline https://developer.zendesk.com/rest_api/docs/chat/auth, we are getting this error The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Either the server is overloaded or there is an error in the application with error code 500
Can you guys please help us to debug this issue?
