Real Time reports
Completedhow can we get a real time reporting.... or do you have a template of real time reportor this one:
we also want to know how many chat severed, missed chat, also per agent report on that, chat duration between agent and client... in real time..

But how can we get the total chats, missed chat per agent, waiting time of the client, first reply.. in real time?...

Total chats, missed chats numbers can be pulled from Real Time Monitor and Google Analytics.
Wait time and response time are available in aggregate (filterable by department) in Real Time Monitor.
Both are not broken down by agent, no plans on offering this functionality. The leaderboard is only available for data from the previous day.
