Not getting ZOPIM notifications

    Hi Tom,

    That's strange, can you check that the agent you are talking about is assigned to a department in your account?

    If they are not in a department, they wont get notified or assigned a chat.

    If they are assigned to a department and still not receiving the notification via the serve next button, please email so we can help troubleshoot the issue for you.
