Is it possible to introduce a more detailed system of Live Chat rating. At the moment there is the "like" and "dislike" system, but I would like to see more detailed system in terms of percentages because a partially unsatisfied customer, at the current rating system can only give a "disllike" meaning a complete zero in terms of percentages.
Would it be possible that, after a completed chat, customer can choose a satisfaction rate:
This way I can get clearer picture of our satisfaction rates in terms of percentage.
