I'm working in a software development company.
We are working on Single Sign-On software, and tried to use it with Zendesk.
After some issues we ended by successfully integrate it, but there still be one issue.
When a user try to log-in via SSO and his authentication is rejected, Zendesk is redirecting either to the specified Log-out url, or back to the specified Log-In url.
It would be great if we could specify a url to redirect to when an error happens, or when credentials are rejected.
Or having the ability to be redirected to the page where Zendesk defaultly display the error, but without being redirected back to the Log-In url.
I think it would add a great value for software developers, and even for SSO end-users.
