Knowledge Base new fieldse
I was wondering if in the Admin side of the Knowledge Base / Zendesk Guide we could create another box with free text in order for me to write inside it a name of an employee named “Content Owner” and another box named “Review Date” in which we could insert a date?
And if this is possible, can we then create reports based on them?

We're currently working on some improvements in Insights reporting that will allow you to report on these verification and unverification events.
