When a customer leaves a comment on an article, we will then @ them back. However it means everyone following that article receives a notification. For example Rishi leaves a comment on an article (this notifies everyone), I then respond back with @Rishi which should only notify her.
It would be nice if we @ someone, then only they receive a notification email. We find that receiving so many emails from Zendesk means our Customer doesn't read them, as many aren't relevant. By targeting the notifications we'd get a better response and happier customers.
