I have been trying to map fields in the Zendesk Support for JIRA app :
I can access the JIRA dropdown menu (see below) but the Zendesk Support dropdown menu is unresponsive. Nothing happens when I click on it, or type in it.
I set the WebHook as told here but it didn't help. Any clue? Did anyone experienced this issue and found a solution?
