I have created a bunch of dashboards shared with team leads for them to easily track their own teams' performance. The way I did this was to make one dashboard for team 1, then clone that for the other teams and set hidden filters and bookmarks to ease the clutter, making it possible for them to both see their team totals and single agent performance.
The single agent filter is displayed, while the agent tag (used to separate the teams) and bookmarks to "freeze" the dashboard both to last 30 days as well as only display numbers for i.e. team 1, team 3 etc.
This worked perfect for about a week, but now all of the sudden the dashboards are showing total numbers of chats on all dashboards. So instead of displaying the number for just the team, it will show the total number for the site. The agent filter will still adhere to the agent tag filter, so only agents tagged for a specific team shows up in the dropdown, and if filtering on a single agent the numbers for that agent is correct.
Is there any special secret to get the agent tag filter to keep applying to all stats, and not reset after about a week?
