Light Agent Access to Zendesk Explore Reports

It would be great to be able to share the Zendesk Explore dashboards with Light Agents like you are able to do in Insights.
Only a read-only view would be needed, but we would find very useful for sharing data globally and for keeping management in the loop.

Dear all, we're planning to launch the "Custom Roles & Light Agents EAP" in the coming weeks. This EAP is for customers on Support Enterprise. Availability timeline for customers on Support Professional is TBC.

Light Agents accessing Explore would be useful for users on the Professional plan as well.

Hopefully we will be seeing Light Agent access for Explore Professional with Support Professional Plan as well. Good to hear that you are looking into this. Any updates are welcome on this.

The "Custom Roles & Light Agents" EAP for customers on Support Enterprise will actually be GA on Feb 26, 2020.
The possibility for customers on Support Professional to grant view-only access to their Light Agents will come later in 2020. We will share the timeline as soon as the plans firm up.
