Ok, I know my company does not use Zendesk like a lot of people we dont hundreds of mails coming in with this size id wrong etc etc. but should Zendesk should have customisation for all.
In the export options for dashboard why can i NOT add a customer as the export option?
Why is it tied to Agents/Admins ?
My customers want data on how many tickets their company made or which of their people made the most tickets etc etc, and yes i know some of the detail but i cant give it to them..
Insights had similar issues
Options i would like.
1] The ability to add a customer in the share bit so they can login to their account within our system and see the dashboard that i create just for them. then i can tie it to just one staff member that i can share it with and he can see and also pdf download the report.
2] The ability to have pages in the Knowledge Base that i can tie the report to so again customer can view the report
3] The ability to send a report direct to a customers email
A lot of people who use Zen are obsessed with Agents and what they are doing etc etc , were not like that were a small team who deliver service to customers and we want the focus for the reports on the customers like our service is.
Please make 1 an option for those of us not in the mainstream and hopefully the other 2 as well
As Explore is new the functionality might be there and i dont know, lets hope so.
