    Hi,

    I was really hoping to get access to this API for integrating a few processes via Zapier and an external ticketing system.  The plan would be to push our Zendesk ticket to another companies custom ticket system via Zapier, then keep these communications private via the Side Conversation API features options.  Since our partner company's ticket system is custom, they don't really have a good API to access it.  It really seems like this feature would simplify a lot.

    Please provide our account with access to Side Conversations API. We need it for daily operations and I'll hapily provide feedback where it makes sense.

    Hey team, I signed up for this EAP a couple of weeks ago but never heard back. Getting access to this API would be really useful for reporting purposes given side conversation data is not available in Explore.
