    Hi Shay,

    Thanks for sharing your request. Unfortunately, there is no solution or API to allow you to set one department to have the pre-chat form and another department to not.

    Currently, there are no plans to offer this functionality in 2019.

    The only other workaround I can think of is the following:

    - Create a custom form on that specific website to gather that information. Once they submit that form on your website, it uses the Javascript APIs to set the name/email/department and message.

    - Use the Web SDK to build a completely custom widget that handles the logic you require. This requires you to be on the highest plan (Enterprise) and significant development work on your end.
