I currently have number of websites that has the Zopim chat running on.
I am using the API in order to make alot of changes to any of the websites (each website is defined as a diffrent department, has its own widget, some has badge and some don't ETC) as you can see in the following sites www.laline.com / www.vardinon.co.il / www.officedepot.co.il ...)
I never needed to use a pre-chat form, now we have a new website that most of its activity is Via whatsapp, at the moment we are trying to intreduce the customers there with the chat, get them to use it and in order for us to be able to link a customer to all privious tickets ETC. we need to "make" them enter name + phone #, I just finished a long chat with zendesk support and it seems as if the only thing that can't be activated or deactivated is the pre chat form...
All I need is the possiblity that 1 or 2 or 3 out of all the websites I have will have the pre chat form and the rest won't.
For example back then I had a smiliar problam with the badge some of the sites needed a badge and some didn't, so we had the same problam but it was solved by zendesk support by telling me to activate the badge (wich made it pop on all website) and then use an API that will force it to close.
Please do let me know if anyone has any kind of solution for that.
