Me and my team run into an issue where it isn't always clear who should respond to which chat. This is due to the fact that we operate in numerous offices throughout the world and serve chats depending on language and relevance. A bit of a complex system but not the main issue here.
As a result, sometimes a visitor requests a chat but it remains unanswered for too long, even if we have agents available.
What I need is a trigger that plays a sound, which is activated when a visitor has sent a message but they are not served for let's say 30 seconds after sending the message. This sound should notify all my agents that they should now take the open chat as soon possible.
This feature would be much appreciated and has many more applications than the one I need it for!
