    That is very weird that this thread is very empty. 

    This is something we do receive very often from our clients after GDPR took place and above solutions do not make sense. All of our rivals can do this but we cannot. Is there any plans around this?

    Thanks for sharing your feedback regarding collecting a consent form before the chat begins.

    Although we have no immediate plans to offer custom pre-chat forms or customisation options for the widget cookie law mode, there are two options you can look at that other customers have done to accomplish the same thing you are trying do.

    First, you can create a global banner and consent form on your website across all 3rd party services the website/app uses. Once the visitor gives consent, you can they load the widget Javascript snippet.

    If you prefer for the consent form to be in the widget specifically, you will need to build a custom widget using the Web SDK on the Enterprise plan. You can learn more about the Web SDK here: https://api.zopim.com/web-sdk/
