    Hi Laurent,

    Thanks for posting your feedback regarding operating hours handling daylight savings better and for the ability to set different timezones per department.

    Currently, we are hoping to improve the handling of daylight savings across the product later in the year. We do not have plans to offer different timezones per department in the immediate future.

    Hi Zendesk team,

    Just confirming if the daylight savings feature has been implemented. Could you please advise?

    I am also wondering whether different time zones feature is to be introduced soon? We are expanding to 40+ departments located all over the World, and manual operating hours update is not a relevant solution for us. It is also confusing for our customers to calculate their operating hours based on a remote time zone.

    Would appreciate any update.
