Currently we're running your service on multiple accounts. A lot of things about it are great, but there's some things missing for sure. Could you look into potentially making it possible to export an interractable PDF file of the analysis you can run in Zendesk? As of right now, the only exportable file is an Excel document which isn't working for older versions of Excel and looks unmanageble. We would love to work with this more often, as it's easy to look at and pretty in most cases. It is however, besides the Zendesk page, the most useless bit of information since you can only screenshot it.
The other thing we are struggling with is that the daily overview we can get per hour is quite useless, as it gives a daily overview. We would like to know when we get most chats, surely this should be easily providable via the analysis function.
Would it be possible to export the diagram provided by the Analysis page into a potential PDF document, or other document style piece of data?
