    Hi Siem,

    Thank you for writing in. We understand your need. This year, we are looking into making Chat analytics available in Insights section of Zendesk Support.

    One of the benefits of the integration would be ability to export reporting in file formats such as PDF. 

    It would also make it possible to slice reports by minutes.

    We will be sharing more information on this in coming months. Stay tuned.

    Hi Prakuti, 

    Can you clarify whether this will include granular breakdown of an agent's time spent serving within the hour. For example I can see from Chat Analytics that an agent is serving for say 40 minutes from 5-6pm but we'd like to know at what time this was i.e. from 5.15pm to 5.55pm.
