We have multiple agents working in multiple departments, this can cause a sometimes messy experience when an incoming chat comes in and they all have to quickly check the Zendesk Chat Dashboard to see what department the chat belongs to. A very easy fix to this would be the option to choose different sounds per department for an incoming chat. Unfortunately this option is currently not available. Would love to request this so the agents in my team can work more efficient based on the different sounds.
