Triggers that should be fired only once
Checkbox "Fire only once per visitor".
This feature and completely broken for us.
We are using Zendesk Chat to support clients of our Sass web based solution.
We enable chat for some our clients and they can use it when logged in in the app
We would like to setup some triggers to notify clients about important events or something like this
Each trigger should be fired only one. There is a problem — some times clients clear they cookies accidentally or manually and they see these triggers again. We have received a lot of bad feedback about this..
