    Hi Mariko,

    Thanks for sharing your feedback. I have added a task to see if we can help persist the text entered, will get back to you if it is something we can do. Working on a new trigger condition takes a lot more effort, not something the team can do at the moment.

    Hi Mariko,

    This change is rolling out now and will be available to all customers by next Tuesday. Thanks for posting the suggestion, let me know if you have any other questions.

    The fix will persist entered text in any of the text input fields once the status changes, either due to account status change or a trigger firing.
