    I hear ya Michael, GIFs make things a bit more personal. We just enabled emoji support for agents today and we are exploring other options to add more rich content within the chat log (not specific to GIFs).

    One option you can do today is download the GIF file you want to send and send it as an attachment. It will actually render the GIF in the chat log. We also recently increased the max file size from 5MB to 20MB, which should allow for the larger GIF files.

    Is there any update/plan you can share on enabling GIF 'browser' or stickers in Chat?

    Hi Sebastian, 

    We have no immediate plans to offer a GIF selector in the Chat agent dashboard. If you want this in the widget, you can look at using the Web SDK to build a custom widget and the APIs of GIF search engine like Giphy.

    Is there a markdown option to add GIFs to macro's?

    I will use this for screen captures of certain actions on our platform, to show to users how to proceed.
    For example, using a functionality.
