    Hi Lulwa,

    Thanks for sharing your feedback, I agree we have room to improve with our advanced search in the History tab. We have no plans in the next 6 months to change this behaviour.

    The only workaround I can suggest is export the chat history into a CSV and then filter the department/agent in Excel/Sheets using a filter on the corresponding column.
