Current Day Analytics
CompletedIt'd be great if the current day statistics are included in Analytics, Monitor or even in the Home tab. The management team just want to login and see how many chats we have served and missed for the current day. As of now, they need to wait one day to see the graphs, etc. The analytics should be real time.

We have no immediate plans to offer real time analytics beyond what you get with the Real Time Monitor and Streaming APIs.
You can use the Google Analytics integration to get real time data on the chats requested/served throughout the day. You can learn more about the integration here: https://blog.zopim.com/2013/04/25/tracking-chat-statistics-with-google-analytics-updated/

Even if we don't the full analytics tab for the current day, it would be amazing to at least have "Total Chats" in the Monitor tab.
