    Thanks for posting your suggestion. Can you explain your use case for preventing agents from sending attachments? Why do you want to prevent agents from sending attachments?

    We work with a lot of client sensitive information, and we want to prevent the wrong information from accidentally being sent to the incorrect person, this is why we want to prevent attachments from being sent.
