Send outbound text from Zendesk support dashboard.
Our Zendesk Talk number is enabled for Text. I have successfully texted our support line and was able to respond to it from my dashboard. I do not see, however, how to send a text message from this dashboard. I have the keypad available and can place a call but nothing else. Furthermore, I'm not seeing how to make "text support" an option visible to our end users.
