It would be awesome if there were a zendesk chat app for desktop so I don't need a browser tab dedicated to chats. This would allow me to review customer issues more seamlessly instead of going back and forth between tabs.
I understand that would not be a small amount of work for you guys so if we could at least have the ability to pop the chat window out, that would be very helpful too. It's a little odd that our customers are able to do that on their end of chat but agents cannot pop a chat out of the browser.
