    Hi there Robert,

    Thanks for sharing your feedback around better link visibility and formatting in the widget chat log.

    We are looking into how we can better support rich text formatting in the Chat product this year but don't have anything to share today. 

    I agree with your idea of making links more informative by bringing in the markdown information into the chat log. Not something on the immediate roadmap but the developers are interested in exploring this further.

    In terms of what you can do now, you can try using the Simple line message style instead of the speech bubble style to see if that improves people clicking on the links.
