    Hi Gabriel,

    Thanks for your feedback. Currently, we partially support a Android and desktop session at the same time.

    However, we are currently working on a project that would allow two mobile sessions and one desktop session at the same time per agent. We are hoping to get this work done and released in the next 2-3 months.
