Queue doesn't update

    Hi there Tomas,

    Thanks for the feedback and we agree that ideally the number updates as the queue size changes.

    I have one question for you regarding what you would expect the behaviour would be in a world where you could have routing logic that would allow VIP customers to jump the line (another request we hear from customers).

    Would you want the non-VIP visitor to see the queue number go up?

    My immediate thought would be that VIP customers are "hidden" or not counted in the usual queue, as they are skipping it anyway.

    Non-VIP visitors shouldn't see the queue number go up, ideally. That could cause some tension.

    Having a queue number progression is key for every customer, to feel they are 'moving forward' or at least 'things are happening' (in case they lose a slot).

    I'd definitely go with an updating counter for all visitors.
