    Hi there Francisco,

    Thanks for sharing your request regarding a WhatsApp integration. Currently, they do not have an officially supported API and most integrations are around workarounds that later get shut down.

    Until WhatsApp has a publicly supported API, we won't be able to start building a stable integration with them.

    I think this would be great too. Viber is another one on the market. Do wonder whether things are getting a bit confused in trying to seperate Zendesk Message from Zendesk Chat. Really should be the same things. A single portal for multiple real time messaging channels. It’s a nuisance having to jump from one interface for chat and another for messaging.......
