Often customers are responding to a trigger with "OK" or "Thanks".
Obviously these types of responses don't require the agent to do anything. But if the agent doesn't do anything, they will continue to get the uh oh sound alerting them of a chat. If they simply join the conversation and then leave, a chat rescue will still be served shortly after.
Would be nice if there was a way to dismiss a chat and prevent a chat rescue from being sent for situations like this.
