    If the customer is not yet served, you can only preview the first 58 characters of the last message. But if they sent many messages and the most recent message they said was thank you, you would only see "thank you: in the visitor dashboard and you would perhaps not give that chat as much priority as another incoming message that was directly appearing to need help. I guess this is similar to my other request to preview the entire chat history without having to join the chat.

    Thanks for responding here as well. As per the other request, we have no plans right now, but will look into this further as we relook at visitor list and chatting in general.
