    @ Christina, 

    We do not offer training accounts or seats but I think this can be easily addressed by creating a trial account. You have do this only once as it will remain active for ever on 'lite' plan, you do not have to create it again. You can then share access to this account with your new staff so that they can simulate a chat and get familiar with chat dashboard.

    Please note that lite account does have some limitations but most are related to account setup and customizations. All the basic chat functionality and agent functions will work in the lite plan.

    Hey Christina,

    You will want to chat with your account manager so they can boost the second trial/sandbox account to the same package your main account has.

    We actually train our staff internally via our production account when listening to real chats and understand the support processes. If you want your new support staff members to pick up mock chats during training, I would probably recommend you do that in a sandbox/testing account.

    Hi,

    Instead of boosting a second trial/sandbox account, can an exsiting Premium account be reset to be a sandbox account?  We would not like to reuse an existing one since it is already part of the main account.

    Hi Gagnon,

    There is no way to reset an account as of today, you would need to either manually delete the data or start a new account and reach out to chat@zendesk.com to get the sandboxed account sorted.
