Zopim doesnt identify the user automatically from the using zendesk login.

    Hi there Daniel,

    Thanks for the feedback. It should actually set the name and email properly if the end user is logged in.

    We just tested this on two separate help centers using the native login experience and the 'Sign in with Google' option. Both set the correct name and email in the Zopim widget.

    If this isn't the case for you, you will want to contact the Zendesk support team so it can get escalated to the help center team.

    We use zendesk email to login to the help center.  On the visitor list page of zopim app the user name doesnt appear only some numbers appears.

    Thanks for the screenshot Daniel. Based on what I am seeing, it might be an account specific issue and is best if you contact support@zendesk.com

    Below is what I am seeing in my account/help center:

    As you can see, the end user name matches in the help center dropdown and the widget pre-chat form. The name is also correct in the visitor list inside of Zopim.
