Visitors List - REST API

    Hi there José,

    Thanks for the feedback. Currently, the REST API is only able to get completed chats/offline messages and does not have the capability of looking into real time data.

    This is an area we want to invest in but it is a fairly big and gradual investment, it won't be something we add to the platform in the next 6 months.

    If/when that changes and it is available, somebody from the product team will reach out to you.

    Currently, there are no APIs to pull visitor list information. You can look at using the conversations APIs to build things like bots in real time chat conversations:

    Just take a look at conversations api but dont know how to use. Is it can get the list of all current visitor and didn't start a chat?

    I double checked on my end and it doesn't look like you can pull this information at this time. I'd recommend creating a feedback post in our Chat Product Feedback topic for our Product Managers to review.
