It's great that Zopim has a dashboard... but I already have my own dashboard solution that I use to pull and graph Zendesk and a variety of other key metrics via API.
I would love to be able to access Zopim chat satisfaction ratings, missed chats, avg chat length, etc. via API. Given the Zendesk publishes so many great metrics, I'm a bit surprised that Zopim doesn't. Is this on the roadmap?
