Agent reporting for entire date range rather than daily or hourly

    Hi Luke,

    Thanks for the feedback around the recent change to the CSV export due to a bug where it was incorrectly grouping the information for the date range vs. broken down by day or hour. Unfortunately, it didn't get fixed fast and some customers got use to the grouping behaviour. 

    We are monitoring the feedback from this change to see what we should build next. Currently, you can group the content from the more detailed export using a pivot table in Excel or Google Sheets to get the sum of stats by agent (same results as before).

    If/when we add a grouped or weekly/monthly breakdown option to the CSV export screen, will update you here.
