At the moment I use Zendesk triggers to check for the country text within the transcript to then assign a region to the ticket. It's a long winded way of doing it, having to add every single country to a trigger and then action it to a region (EMEA, US, APAC) and its not without failure as not every ticket/chat comes with this information.
Given that Zopim is now under the Zendesk umbrella, can we please have a way of getting the chat country into each ticket without the need for a trigger/automation. This would make reporting so much easier when using Insights/GoodData or any other reporting platform capable of analysing Zendesk information.
