    Hi Joshua,

    Thank you for taking the time to post your feedback.  I hope you are having a nice day today.  Could you clarify what you would expect these light agents to be able to do?  In Zendesk, light agents can only make private comments, but there is no such thing as a private comment in Zopim, so I'm really curious to know how you think that role should function.

    Just work like slack. Internal chat. Agent to agent chatting

    Zopim team - any update on this? It would be nice to chat with my agents on zopim rather than slack.

    Hi Josh,

    Zopim offers the ability to chat 1:1 with other online agents in the dashboard right now. 

    We do not have any immediate plans to offer light agents or beef up the agent to agent chat experience (like groups, etc) in the immediate future (next 6 months).

    If/when we release light agents or more extensive agent to agent chat features, we will update you here.

    For our organization it would be nice to have seats for actual non agent users like admins, workforce management, quality assurance team members.
