With the piping option activated Zopim is sending us emails with every chat, which is great!
The thing is your servers treat every chat as the same by using exactly the same subject in the email.
This means Gmail users like me will have one big long thread for all customers rather then easy to manage separate threads.
Do you see how this can be difficult for your Gmail users to manage their enquires or even sort them using gmail ?
PLEASE can you add the chat ID to the subject and then it makes it easier for us Gmail users to sort and manage your chats. Right now if I lable or move ONE chat it moves them all as its treated as the same thread.
