Please enable synchronization of all tags between Zendesk ticket information and Zopim Chat History>User Info page. Currently, when I add/update tag information in Zendesk, for example, I don't see anything in Zopim - nothing comes over. Same when added/updated in Zopim - doesn't come over to Zendesk.
Organization, Details and Notes are synchronized between Zendesk and Zopim - only Tags is not synchronized.
