    @nicole - we've been waiting for years for this option. you can see that my initial comment was back in 2015.  Slack integration would impact the way we use Chat...it would provide more visibility and availability for our agents.  In our mobile and integrated world, this integration would stand alongside many others that have seen how the Slack customer base would benefit from this solution.  You'll likely GAIN customers through this!

    Hey Nathan - 

    We're not debating the validity of the idea. It would definitely be handy. My questions are more directed at determining how significant an impact something like this would have - not that I have control over the decision making on any of this. But these are the sorts of questions the Product teams ask and wrestle with - how many customers would this impact, how dramatically, etc. 

    It's also possible that a 3rd party could come up with an integration and distribute that via our apps marketplace, so demonstrating the opportunity there is another valuable insight.
