There are three locations to acquire chat data in the Zopim dashboard and all three tools use different methods to acquire their timestamp.
1) The Home page -> UTC
2) The Analytics tab -> User settings
3) Drilling down into the History tab -> Desktop time
This can lead to wildly conflicting data. It's important for businesses to be able to trust the data from Zopim. Reconciling all the information consumes resources, which could be better spent elsewhere in the business.
We should be able to just receive the data and then analyze. As opposed to receiving the data, figuring out how to reconcile it, actioning the reconciliation process, and then analyzing.
