Integrating custom channel with Chat API

    Did you find a solutions? We have the same problem. Currently we use to integrate different communication channels but a perfect solution for us would be to use ZDChat only that supports integration with other messengers

    Hello Sergey,

    No, It seems like there's no way to directly integrate Telegram / FB with Conversations API.

    But it's possible through their Zendesk Support API. It has some limitions and may not fit your needs

    We have a Telegram integration that works for some of Zendesk Chat Enterprise (we use Web API)  customers for a few years now. You can contact if you are interested.
